Commissioning Confidence Index (CCI®)
Ensuring Safe and Reliable Commissioning - The CCI® is a structured assessment framework developed by GMcLeodConsulting LLC (GMC) to evaluate the readiness of a project for commissioning. By leveraging decades of experience across multiple industries, GMC has built a proven approach that identifies strengths and risks in a commissioning program.
CCI® assessments are led by GMcLeodConsulting subject matter experts who evaluate interviews, documents, contracts, and observations using structured expert judgment.
The CCI® process uses an internally hosted, offline AI model to assist analysis. An LLM accelerates pattern recognition, consistency checking, and synthesis across large volumes of qualitative project data. In addition, a Simulated Artificial Network defines how readiness indicators interact with one another. All client data remains fully contained within our controlled environment at all times.
Expert judgment remains the controlling element, with all outputs reviewed and calibrated by experienced commissioning professionals.
This methodology provides an objective view of where a project stands and what actions are necessary to reduce risks before startup.
